Shanie hosted the first ‘Your Cinema’ Live panel at the British Film Institute on Friday evening.
Your Cinema has been providing a platform for independent filmmakers to showcase their work in mainstream cinema’s since 2015.
With this live event Your Cinema goes one step further to provide opportunities and insight into how trailblazers in the TV & film industry have carved out their success over the years.
Shanie hosted the evening and guided the discussion within the panel as well as hosting an audience Q&A.
The panel included actor Arnold Oceng ( The Good Lie, Brotherhood), Daniel Kaluuya ( Sicario, Black Panther, Johnny English) and Kayode Ewumi ( Are you being served, Hood Documentary).
Shanie is set to host more of these inspiring and educational panels over the next few months.
