Style Notes: This dress screamed out red carpet event to me on the Rare London website, they have some incredible occasion dresses to offer and this one I fell in love with. The ruffle detailing around the bust draws the attention to your cleavage slimming out your bottom half which is a bonus if you are curvy like me.
