Style Note: Boohoo knocked it out the park recently with some of their more premiums additions in the run up to the festive season. This dress is the perfect shade of green (My fav colour by the way!) it’s also the perfect amount of sexy with a sheer panel across the cleavage and also the perfect length for making your legs (in my case extra short legs) look longer. The mix of textures make the dress look uber expensive too which is always a bonus when it retails for just £30.00. I paired this dress with an elegant plain black heel and a black tassel skinny Dip bag with gold chain.

Event Highlight: My favorite show has to be Ashley Isham – Bright colours, prints and florals, a fun fashion show with inflatable props, a great soundtrack & stunning models.

Style Note: I literally felt like a kid in a candy store when I went into New Look’s Oxford Street branch to do a last minute shopping dash on the first day of London Fashion Week. I am usually planning my looks up to a month in advance but this season it crept up on me so quickly I had to get most of my looks at the very last moment. My go to clothing stores for this LFW were New Look for my Autumn /Winter style, Rare London for my party looks and I turned to Boohoo and River Island for a couple of staple pieces. I opted for this seasons Autumn/Winter jewel tones such as Burgundy, Green, Gold & Amber and Nudes. When it comes to LFW it’s not only about style but also comfort and I think for the first time I nailed it by opting for comfy boots and block heel mules.

Style Notes: I picked this dress from the PLT website months ago but hadn’t found the occasion i wanted to wear it for. When my ticket for The Rated Awards landed in my inbox I knew i didn’t need to do a last minute shop as I had the perfect dress. This dress has the high neck & long sleeved combination that Balmain firmly planted on the fashion map last year, along with white lace which has a big summer staple for most women’s wardrobes since late spring. Colour wise my entire look was very neutral so I wanted to funk it up a bit with a slick low pony tail and a purple lip in the shade ‘pandemonium’ by Urban Decay.
